As a Senior Point of Experience Manager you are part of the Point of Experience Team within the Marketing Department. In this role you are responsible for the visual design of all Mammut Point of Experience touchpoints such as global fairs, event concepts and set-ups, retail and wholesale spaces. The objective is to present one holistic brand with excellence on global market.
<ul><li>Concept development, promotion, planning, organization and implementation of global events, fairs & visual merchandising formats (analog, hybrid, digital) for end-consumers, B2B as well as internal teams</li><li>Conceptwork and create guidelines for different POE formats to be implemented by regions and countries</li><li>Implement an approval process for local events and fairs by setting up a clear KPI framework and reporting</li><li>Give guidance to the local marketing teams to execute and roll out global visual merchandising spaces, events & fairs</li><li>Safeguard collaboration and partnership with regional / local marketing organizations</li><li>Ensure that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly exchange between the regions and HQ team</li><li>Create and develop seasonal POS toolbox to drive sell-through across retail and B2B channels by delivering best consumer experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Completed training in the field of visual merchandising, 3D polydesign, interior design, product design or basic commercial education and further education in marketing focused on retail, wholesale and events</li><li>Several years of professional experience in a comparable position</li><li>High passion for creative Point of Experience management with a strong sense of style and taste</li><li>Experience in Visual Merchandising and Events & Fairs on global level with a proven visual design expertise with a strong retail merchandising portfolio</li><li>Knowledge in managing different internal and external global stakeholders</li><li>Passion as a project manager and ability to manage budgets responsibly</li><li>Creative background with experience in creation processes</li><li>Fluent in English and German (written & spoken), any additional language is a plus</li><li>Strong Knowledge in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D mockup or other visual design tools</li><li>Willingness to work with temporary peaks (weekends, etc.)</li></ul>
