During your internship at Mammut you will assist and get insights on how the merchandise management team is controlling and defining the assortment for the full price retail stores and factory outlets. You will get the chance to deep dive and be a part of the ways we monitor our performance and drive the actions to improve our results. The ideal start date for the internship is February 2024.
<ul><li>Close collaboration with Merchandise Planner, Allocator and Buying team to support and assist them on decisions for the optimum assortment in the stores</li><li>Support and independently prepare weekly key performance indicator reports and analyses for the retail business to ensure the optimal supply of goods</li><li>Availability and performance tracking of important campaign products</li><li>Close contact with the store personnel to assist on ad hoc requests</li><li>Be responsible for the daily stock replenishment of the all retail stores</li><li>Assist on pricing strategies and labelling processes together with the Logistics team</li><li>Active participation in potential projects</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ongoing or completed education in Business Administration/Sports Management/Textile Management or in comparable fields</li><li> Initial experience in retail, preferably in the fashion/sporting goods industry</li><li> Very good analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills</li><li> Good priority management and a structured way of working</li><li> Pleasure in working in a team and in cross-divisional cooperation</li><li> Good computer skills in the common MS Office programs, especially in Excel</li><li> Very good oral and written language skills in English, German </li><li> Enthusiasm for the mountains and outdoor sports</li></ul>
