<div id="bDuty" class="smartEditable"><ul><li><a name="_Hlk124325490"><span>Experience in a Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, or related field</span></a></li><li><span><span>Strong experience working in a Sales, or Customer Management Position</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent in building and developing internal, as well as external relationships</span></span></li><li><span><span>Customer service mindset</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of analytical sciences</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage several requests in parallel in a matrix environment</span></span></li><li><span><span>Team player, proactive, and constructive attitude</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, experience with CRM is a plus</span></span></li><li>Strong communication skills in <strong>German, English and French</strong> is a must, additional language is a plus</li></ul></div>

<div id="bRequirement" class="smartEditable"><ul><li><span>Growing sales for assigned accounts in the territory</span></li><li><span>Full handling of client inquiries: Managing inbound calls and e-mails</span></li><li><span>Manage lead to order process, demand qualification, quoting process and follow-up to PO, process orders </span></li><li><span>Main point of contact for the client</span></li><li><span>Proactively engage with other functions in the organisation, to enhance communication, find solutions for a seamless experience and timely delivery to our customers</span></li><li><span>Support Sales and Marketing with activities and campaigns</span></li><li><span>Engaging with Sales Manager and Business Development Manager as one Team</span></li></ul><br><div><i>The inside account management and other sales functions act in synergy, as an integrated team to develop the business, wherever opportunities are identified</i></div></div>
