As a central member of the Mammut DTC Online team, you will play a key role in 1) Building & executing commercial plans to achieve sales & profitability targets for DTC marketplaces in EMEA, 2) Leading business planning processes for EMEA DTC marketplaces in collaboration with central & regional business partners and 3) Contributing to our marketplace commercial strategy in collaboration with key business partners & regional teams.
<ul><li>Build & execute sales plans for EMEA DTC MPLs and lead day-to-day trading</li><li>Stay on top of key KPIs, revenue & profit metrics by platform, country & category</li><li>Find opportunities to maximize DTC MPL sales</li><li>Manage a monthly, quarterly & annual commercial plan for channel-wide seasonal plans and provide weekly business updates, as well as, defining channel specific plans & activations</li><li>Coordinate execution with key business partners</li><li>Define the commercial go-to-market framework for TCO MPLs in EMEA</li><li>Align on a go-to-market framework and approach for hybrid marketplaces</li><li>Take part & contribute to all seasonal planning processes as the voice of DTC marketplaces</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>Min. 5 years of experience in areas relevant to this role </li><li>Strong track record in driving & delivering sales plans, managing budgets, targets and P&L, as well as leading business planning processes</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities with experience in building complex bottom-up plans, forecasts, portfolio analysis, traffic/CVR/AOV deep dives etc.</li><li>Ability to translate online commercial plans into concrete, detailed proposals and requests to X- functional teams</li><li>Strong strategic thinking & excellent commercial acumen</li><li>Strong ownership, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time whilst maintaining focus on delivering business</li><li>Highly organized and structured approach with excellent communication & collaboration skills in multi-stakeholder organization</li><li>Fluent (written & spoken) in English, German is a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge in Excel, reporting / analytical tools as well as Marketplace platforms</li></ul>
